Restaurant Ratings - Diamond Teaser

AAA Four Diamond restaurants are an exclusive group, offering distinctive, creatively prepared cuisine, skillfully served in a notable environment.  Only 2.1 percent of AAA Inspected & Approved restaurants – 665 – made the Four Diamond list for 2018, including 52 added this year.

More information about area restaurants receiving the AAA Four Diamond Rating include:

  • Altius, 1230 Grandview Ave, a Four Diamond restaurant since 2015.
You'll immediately be wowed by the floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a breathtaking view of the city skyline and the Three Rivers area, and the kitchen will continue to impress you throughout your visit.  The menu offerings are straightforward enough with chops, pasta dishes and seafood, as the chef focuses on using the freshest ingredients of the season to ensure that the flavors in every single dish are at their peak.
  • Eleven, 1150 Smallman St, a Four Diamond restaurant since 2005.
Modern and upscale dining is the norm at this restaurant bordering downtown and the Strip District.  The menu highlights local and seasonal ingredients, so there are always exciting new dishes to try.  The tasting menu is an excellent value, with a variety of options to tempt vegetarian diners as well.  Dessert is a must, as everything is prepared in house with the same exquisite attention to detail.

ABOUT AAA DIAMOND RATINGS

For more than 80 years, AAA has used professional inspectors to conduct anonymous, in-person property evaluations.  AAA offers the only rating system using comprehensive, on-site professional hotel and restaurant evaluations using published guidelines weighted by member priorities.  With a far greater inventory than any other rating entity, AAA’s rating system covers the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

The AAA inspectors who assign these ratings have a wide range of hospitality experience – their resumes include stints as hotel managers and food and beverage experts – that gives them an authoritative perspective. Inspectors provide an unmatched first-person, on-site view of emerging trends, which includes the continuing evolution of technology to elevate the guest experience.
